This Super Duper Tutu, Cape, and Mask is the perfect 3-pc set for all little Superheroines and Rock Stars! This set has a fabulous tutu with a wide elasticized waistband for comfort and extra size flexibility, and of course the waistband is wrapped in fabric to elevate the super cool look! This tutu has many special layers, the bottom layer is a fantastic crinkle taffeta to achieve that textured look and of course it’s very comfortable. The top tulle layers showcase foil print stars that shimmer and sparkle with every turn and a shimmery peplum! Need we mention that there is no glitter shedding! The back of the cape is adorned with a pink sparkly lightning bolt with Velcro closure at the front for easy on and off. This set comes with a really comfortable and a cool mask to complete the look!
